Petitioner, KEVIN A. JENSEN, by and through his attorney, NINA L. CAPLES, hereby requests that the Default Decree of Dissolution of Marriage, entered by this Court on February 13, 2017, be amended and clarified based upon the following:
1.	This matter came before this Court on February 13, 2017, for a default hearing and after hearing testimony and reviewing evidence, the Court signed and filed a Default Decree of Dissolution of Marriage (hereinafter referred to as “Default Decree”) on the same date. 
2.	The Default Decree is hereby included and incorporated herein by reference. 
3.	The Default Decree did not include orders regarding the issues of spousal maintenance, attorney’s fees and costs, or the division of property and debt.  However, after reviewing testimony and evidence regarding those issues, the Court stated that an Amended 
Decree could be submitted to the Court for consideration.
4.	Therefore, Petitioner respectfully submits a proposed Amended Default Decree of Dissolution of Marriage for the Court’s review, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 1.  
5.	Should the Court grant this motion to amend the Default Decree, an original, plus two copies of the proposed Amended Default Decree of Dissolution of Marriage are being submitted to the Court concurrently with this motion, for the Court’s signature.
