7. Neither the Defendants nor any other person entitled under A.R.S. §42-18151, has redeemed the Treasurer’s Certificate of Purchase issued to Plaintiff.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays the court will enter judgment for the Plaintiff and:
A. Find that the Treasure’s Sale is valid and that tax lien has not been redeemed;
B. Declare that the Defendants’ right to redeem is foreclosed and Defendant has no further legal or equitable right, title or interest in the Subject Property.

ORDINANCE O-16-09

AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BISBEE, COUNTY OF COCHISE, STATE OF ARIZONA, AMENDING ARTICLE 2.8.2 OF THE CITY CODE CHANGING THE MEETING TIMES OF THE COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS AND COMMITTEES

WHEREAS, Article 2.8.2 of the City Code currently requires that all regular meetings of  all of the City’s boards, commissions and committees be held at 6:00 p.m..; and

WHEREAS, it is often necessary for City employees to attend meetings of the Council, boards, commissions and committees, and since staff hours end at 5:15, there is considerable down time between the end of the normal business day and commencement of meetings they need to attend, as well requiring employees to work late hours; and

WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City to manage the time and hours of its employees most efficiently;

WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council believe that members of the Council, boards, commissions and committees can effectively adjust to earlier times for their meetings.


NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BISBEE, COUNTY OF COCHISE, STATE OF ARIZONA, THAT:

1.	Article 2.8.2(A) of the City Code of the City of Bisbee is hereby amended as follows:

2.8.2 Standard Provisions Applicable to All Boards, Commission and Committees.
Notwithstanding any other provisions in any ordinance, resolution or bylaws creating or authorizing any board, commission or committee or its actions, the following provisions shall be uniformly applied to all boards, commissions and committees of the City of Bisbee that are subject to these standard provisions:
A. Each board, commission or committee shall hold all of its regular meetings in the Council Chamber at City Hall and these meetings shall commence at 6 5:30 P.M., unless the Mayor and Council have approved a different time for a specific board, commission or committee, based on any particular circumstances. Special meetings may be held at other locations and at other times as particular circumstances may require, but only if necessary for the particular purposes of that meeting.

2.	All Ordinances, parts of Ordinances, Resolution and parts of Resolutions in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance, or any part hereof, are hereby repealed to the extent of any such conflict.
	
3.	If any section, subsection or portion of this Ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unenforceable by the decision of any court or competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining portions hereof.
