I Name; Duration The name of the corporation is Rescue Adoption Volunteers, Inc. The duration of the corporation shall be perpetual. PUBLIC NOTICE

It’s time for the 29th annual Festival of Lights and the 11th annual Small Town Holiday! The Festival of Lights will be held at City Park on Friday, November 24, 2014, in City Park. Small Town Holiday will be held throughout Old Bisbee on Saturday, November 25. And be sure to catch the Annual Home Tour sponsored by the Bisbee Women’s Club.

The Festival of Lights will be held in conjunction with a Craft and Food Fair beginning at noon in City Park. An Ornament Making workshop will be held for the kids from noon until 2pm. Our Community Choir will be performing at 11:00 a.m. and Live Music will begin at noon. The remainder of the day is filled with entertainment, contests with prizes. And (of course) Santa Claus! The event ends at 8pm.

On Saturday, November 25, A Small Town Holiday will be held throughout Old Bisbee with most shops and galleries open until 8pm. Bring the kids from 2 -4pm to see Santa Claus in front of Mule Mountain Magic. There will be live entertainment throughout Old Bisbee from 3-6pm. Be ready to vote for the best decorated window sponsored by Nancy Parana, REALTOR/GREEN, Homesmart Elite Group. Vote at Finders Keepers Antiques from 10am to 6pm and get entered in a raffle for great prizes! From 6-8pm, Bisbee Tour Company is offering a free Old Bisbee Holiday Tour of the Christmas Windows. Meet them in the Convention City Parking lot!
